nessus has a free version i thought but also take a look at ZAP which is an OWASP project (https://www.owasp.org/index.php/OWASP_Zed_Attack_Proxy_Project) also Nikto (http://www.cirt.net/nikto2) as r4bbIT said although be careful with that one because i tried Nikto on a site i frequent to test and server started blocking my requests and also gave false positives although that was awhile ago so may have improvements now i have a few different ones installed on my other computer but cant think of them atm

Not to advertise, but here's a product I was a part of. It has a 1 month free trial.
